First Freedom First
As part of a national launch to safeguard the separation of church and state, this filmed media campaign was written and directed by PMA's Creative Director Adam Klugman and produced by PMA's Enrique Arias. When Metropolitan Group first approached PMA to help launch the national campaign, many of the branded elements existed. However, the challenge was to assemble them into a clear, unifying call to action. It was essential that the tone be urgent but not negative, emotionally compelling but also rational and patriotic. "It started as poem," Klugman said in a recent interview, "No characters, no flags, no sets, just voices. American voices. All expressing a set of trans-partisan values that speak to our single, most fundamental American right: freedom of religion."
